Calming the Child...Plant Therapy Review

So folks I did it.... I jumped on the essential oil bandwagon.... and I am in love.
I asked a ton of questions and did my own research before finding Plant Therapy. What I love is Plant Therapy is not a MLM company, they truly have your safety and interests in mind. Here is a little more about Plant Therapy:

I have ordered from Plant Therapy a couple times before reaching out to them about a review- I was so happy when they agreed and sent me the kid safe synergy "calming the child"

Calming the child has the following essential oils in it: Mandarin, Tangerine, Lavender and Chamomile Roman. I linked you to all the ingredients so you can see the benefits each one has :)

 Let me tell you this smells amazing when I diffuse it (diffuser is also sold by Plant Therapy and was purchased by me). 

When I want to put it directly on the kids I follow the simple directions on proper and safe dilution right on the bottle! I have solid coconut oil I use, and also a liquid form that I can easily make into a roll on. 

I recommend Plant Therapy to anyone that is looking to start or switch essential oil companies. They have amazing customer service ( one order I received had an oil that leaked, one quick email and I was sent a new one free no questions asked) they also have a live chat option on their website- I have used this many times asking about different oils and kid safe options.

I was all too excited when I got my case in the mail!

I was also excited that my phone was pretty low on battery so I could see how long it takes to charge a phone.

Check that out! Just about an hour and a half to go from 30% to 100% and all that while I was able to carry it in my pocket and go about my errands!
There are only a couple cons to the case.... it is a little bit longer and heavier than other cases I have. Here are a couple pics to compare the Atomic S and the Slim Case

Overall I am in love with the case. It is so nice to not have to worry about having a cord at all times. I can go to the mall for the day and know I will not get upset over a dead battery on my phone.

Mooney's Baltic Amber Etc .Review

I was super excited after I contacted Mooney's Baltic Amber Etc. and they agreed to send me a circle pendant style chewable necklace. It is no secret I love teething and chewable necklaces lol just see my past reviews :) I told her I was open to any color and was pleasantly surprised with a beautiful purple necklace. Maycee knew just what to do with it!

The pendant is the perfect size for little hands to grab. For safety reasons you are not supposed to let a child play with the necklace unattended or ever let a baby wear the necklace. Personally I let Maycee play with all my necklaces in the living room while being supervised.
What I love about these necklaces is that they are multi functional. You can wear the necklace while nursing so baby has something to keep them focused and after nursing baby can teeth and chew on it. Which with a 7 month old something to chew on at all times is a must!

This was right after nursing so I am still wearing the necklace and Maycee unlatched and decided she needed the necklace instead.
The pendant is made super well and I feel like it will hold up nicely. I like that it is a little thicker than other necklaces I have and doesn't seem to go all the way into Maycee's mouth.

I was excited to find Sassy Baby Beads and even more excited when she offered to send me a set of her necklaces to review. I picked the Sassy Baby Beads Mommy and Baby Turquoise & Gray Necklace Set

All Sassy Baby Beads arrive in that cute gift box so buying them as a gift for a new mom or an experienced mom is a breeze. I couldn't wait to open it and hand them over. I barely had them out of the package before Aryssa and Maycee took them from me.

Maycee was easily able to grab the necklaces and chew away! ~remember to never leave child unattended with any necklace~
Even while I wore the necklaces Maycee immediately grabbed them and went to town, the gray ovals are perfect shape for little hands.

Nothing was stopping Maycee from chewing on this necklace! Even when I was wearing her in the ring sling at our local mall

Of course these necklaces are also great while baby is nursing. - Funny story- we were at the mall and Maycee wanted to nurse, well we were on the other end of mall from the food court (where they have a family bathroom section and a waiting area with couches) so I sat down in one of the sections in the walkways of the mall where they also have couches for people to wait for others or just relax for a moment. An older man (my guess 50s) was sitting on a chair and as soon as he saw us and my getting ready to nurse he bolted! Didn't say anything rude just didn't want to be around while I nursed I guess. I am not shy when it comes to nursing and I don't use a cover, but as you see in this picture I am covered with my clothes very well. Probably more than some of the teenage girls that walk around the mall!

The only issue I have is that sometimes while wearing the turquoise necklace it pulls my hair. Unlike the gray one the turquoise necklace is not knotted between each ball and that causes my hair to get stuck between them.
So overall review~ these are great for both a teething baby and a nursing baby! I have even connected them to her carseat while out and about so she can grab and chew on them. Boubeads Review and Giveaway!

I love nursing necklaces and I mean LOVE them. Maycee is at that age where she gets distracted or pinchy while nursing. So much fun when we are out in public and all of a sudden POP off she goes to see something... um thanks little lady! She also loves being able to play with my necklaces while being held. During worship at church she listens to the music and plays with whatever I am wearing. So I went searching for something new. I have some Mommy Necklaces and those work but all mine are plastic looking and I wanted something different. I also have some silicone ones (which I also get to do a review on) but I wanted something original. Then I found boubeads I loved the colors and options they had. I was so excited when they said they would make me a custom triple strand necklace AND offered to let me do a giveaway also!!!

I was able to pick my own custom necklace. I messaged them with two necklaces I liked and told them to just make something awesome... and boy did they ever!
I couldn't wait to wear it the next time Maycee needed to nurse. As soon as I put it on Maycee started to explore the necklace. She was rolling the beads in-between her fingers and feeling the soft fabric. The necklace is not intended as a teething necklace, however since boubeads uses non toxic dyes and baby is under adult supervision it is ok for baby to put it in their mouth as an adult wears it. Safety first :) Alright onto some great pics.
Maycee had no issues at all holding and yanking the beads as she nursed. The necklace stood up to all the torture perfectly!

MAM products!

After I had Maycee I had reached out to MAM about trying out some of their products. I was amazed at how quick they responded and told me to make a wish list! I sent over my wish list and didn't know what to expect.... this is what I all got!

I couldn't believe it!
I couldn't wait until Maycee would be big enough to use them!
Once Maycee started grabbing and putting things to her mouth I immediately opened the MAM Cooler and mini teether.... she loved them.

The colors are so bright and beautiful!

Best part about both of these BPA free, PVC free, Lead free, and CPSIA compliant.
I absolutely love the mam cooler. It is the perfect size for little hands and is upwardly curved so that it is easy for babies to pick up and hold. The teether parts have great texture on them and are the perfect length as to not make baby gag. 90% of the time Maycee grabs this over other toys! The mini teether is also the perfect size for little hands and has all different textures. It has great little slits in it so I can easily attach it to a car seat leash and have it close for Maycee while we are out and about. Of course don't leave baby unattended with any leash or teether toy.
I have not used the learn to drink cup yet since Maycee is still ebf (exclusively breast feeding). As soon as she is ready for a cup I can't wait to use this! We also have not used the pacifiers since they are a bigger size, and she isn't taking one right now.

Hallelujah baby review and giveaway!

I had never heard of hallelujah baby until I met them at our church's craft fair a couple weeks ago. They make kids and adult shirts that have scripture on them! How awesome is that! What a great way to spread God's word! There are a couple snipits I took from their website....

Hallelujah is such a "big" word. To know you are saying God be praised is so awesome!

Subtle yet cute! 

My opinion-- these shirts are great, they are amazing quality and have stood up well to Maycee spitting up on and being washed 3 times already. The shirts are "college kids" brand and are very true to size. Maycee is in a 3-6 month onsie, Carson a 3t and Aryssa's is a 5/6t. All the sizes they wear. I have found nothing I didn't like about them, I mean really what is not to like about a shirt sharing Gods word?! 

Carson loves the animals on his shirt, and aryssa loves the packer colors :) I love that they are also unisex Maycee will be able to wear Carson's shirt and Carson can wear Aryssa's shirt!
