12 week scan

I didn't do my 12 week survey yet since my apt wasn't until Friday. So I figured I would show off baby k 3.0. Baby was bouncing all over the place, very active the tech said. Heartbeat was 165. The scan was amazing and baby looked great. I'm always so in awe when I can see and hear the heart beat. That sound is sooo magical! The dr apt was after and she said all the pictures look great and said we would start my shots at my next visit.
Then I had to go get blood drawn..... With this pregnancy I have been told I have no veins as the ob lab lady sends me right down to outpatient labs. So I went there right away..... Two lab workers and 45 min and 3 pokes later using a baby needle they finally found a good enough vein and got enough blood. I have no issues with needles and am pretty easy going so it didn't bother me. Plus like I said this pregnancy seems like my veins just hide and they have issues finding a good one. The guy even joked I need to get a circle tattoo so they always know where to get the blood. They ended up using my right wrist and I'm going to do my best to remember that!
