17 Weeks

How far along? 17 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: still down the 5 lbs from the beginning
Maternity clothes? yes
Sleep: still using my body pillow to help keep my hips in place a little longer and not have to be adjusted everyday
Best moment this week: actually feeling pregnant and not just chubby
Movement: yup i know for sure now i have felt it.... baby was wiggly this morning... ok maybe because i had coffee :)
Food cravings: cake! my b-day was last week and my mom made me yummy angel food and grant picked up a cake too
Gender: thinking boy! i have a boy name picked out but no girl. Gender ultrasound July 19th
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? still the same
What I miss: nothing
What I am looking forward to: GENDER ULTRASOUND!
Weekly Wisdom: just enjoying every second of this pregnancy
Milestones: first for sure movement :)

All is well over here. I started my first shot (17p) this past Tuesday and I have to say it was not bad at all. I was expecting a sting when it was given but I only felt the needle poke and that was it. I will have to get it every week from now until 36/37 weeks. Luckily I was given all the supplies so I can give them to myself. Even luckier, the chiro I work for used to be a nurse, and our massage therapist is a nurse so they are both willing to give them to me. I know it is easy now, but when my belly gets all huge I just don't think I would be able to turn that way to do it myself (they have to go in your side/butt). And Grant has already told me he will not be doing it. lol men! Other than that just looking forward to my long weekend with the 4th. Since it is on Monday we get Monday off and since Jamie and I don't work Tuesdays we get that off too! :)
