Essential Oils

I received these essential oils for free as part of a review program. They all have a great smell and not overpowering or fake smelling at all. I have used them in my diffuser and have not had a problem at all.
I love that it comes with it's own glass eye dropper for proper usage!

I received this product for free- all opinions are my own.

Anti Cellulite Massage Oil

I was given this  NYB Anti Cellulite Massage Oil to review and it is great! Goes on smooth, has a great smell that isn't overpowering and doesn't leave you feeling greasy at all!
I can't wait to continue to use it and see great results!

21 Day Fix... my views

Folks it has been a long....long time since I have focused on me. And after the third baby your body doesn't bounce back like it used to. Plus I am great at being lazy lol I mean serisouly I am was the best lazy person every. I had an excuse for everything and I was really good at using my knee as the biggest reason. I have had knee problems since I was in 6th grade. In high school playing tennis stressed it a lot. I saw an orthopedic dr who told me I had a short IT band (that when stressed will snap out of place -- and hurts to high heaven). As I got older- added weight and pregnancy weight I let that be my reason to be lazy. Which doesn't help the super tight IT band - which also causes it to become harder and more painful to be put back into place when it snaps out.
Anyway back to the main point my thoughts and results on the 21 day fix. My sister had used the workout dvds so she was able to set me up with a great coach. I decided to just get the containers and DVD and not the shakeology package. I was so excited to get my stuff and get started! It came on a Sunday and I ripped that open right away and did the "correct" day which was Yoga..... I'm sorry yoga lovers but it just isn't for me. In my 21 days I only did it twice and opted for a 3 mile walk the other day I was to do it.
Monday came and "total body cardio" was up.... This worked me over - it felt great, did it hurt YES! but the difference was I liked it! I had to modify a lot of things and probably took a couple extra seconds on the breaks but I did it. On the 3rd time I did it I only had to modify 1 or 2 exercises :)
Tuesday - "upper fix" I used to be strong and I was proud of it, this workout made me realize what I lost and how bad I wanted it back.
Wednesday- "lower fix" this is the one I was most nervous about. Feelings of laziness and knowing I could use my knee as an excuse crept it..... but I slammed that door real fast!!! I did it, again not without modifying things, but I did it...... AND you know what...... My knee didn't hold me back, not the way I thought. What had always held me back was me....
Thursday- Pilates- again sorry pilates lovers, but this is not my favorite either. I did it twice, but all the breathing and stretching always made me light headed. I did it twice, then opted to switch it out to the bonus dvd Plyo instead-- which was intense!
Friday- "cardio fix" again a great one, works you all over and keeps you sweating the whole time.
Saturday- "dirty 30" fast paced dvd that works you all over!
Sunday -yoga... again just not for me.

I am going to share some pics with you--- I am not comfortable sharing my weight, but I am happy to say I lost 5 lbs and.... 11.7 inches!!!!
Almost 12 inches people!
                                                     Before                                   After
Looking at the pictures I personally can see the change in my body- I know looking at them many might not see it.... and that's ok because I am doing this for me. My clothes feel different, they fit different.... I feel different.
I have not followed the container rules to a T, but I have been making conscious decisions on eating choices. I have cut down to 1 soda a day and over 50 oz of water daily. When Carson doesn't have speech we walk to drop off and pick up Aryssa at school ( half mile one way). So Monday-Wednesday-Friday I am walking at least 2 miles a day. When Carson has speech we have to drive in the morning but still walk to pick up so still a good mile in! I have been tracking things with my phone and a tracker and am trying so hard to hit 10,000 steps everyday.
This is a life change, I have to do it for myself and my family. I want to be able to run around with my kids, to show them to try and not to give up. I have finished my first 21 days and am pushing right on to the next.
"you can do anything for 60 seconds" "you are only quitting on yourself"
I am not a coach, I paid for this with my own money, I get nothing if you decide to change your life..... this is my journey and I am so excited for it.
